Amplats to sell stake in two mines to rival Sibanye

Anglo American Platinum (Amplats) will sell its 50% stake in its Kroondal and Marikana operations northwest of Johannesburg to Sibanye Stillwater, the platinum group metals miners (PGM) said on Monday.
