Following the Tuesday morning shooting death of a security guard in Diepsloot, Gauteng police are looking for three suspects. The 38-year-old victim was slain during a "cross-pavement robbery" at a mall in extension 10, according to police spokeswoman Col. Mavela Masondo.
"The victim was approached after supposedly just getting cash from a store. One of the suspects is accused of pushing him to the ground before shooting him three times.
In a white bakkie, "they made off with a bag of cash," Masondo claimed, noting that an investigation was ongoing.
