Judgment expected in Magudumana arrest court bid
JOHANNESBURG - A ruling is expected in Nandipha Magudumana's urgent court bid on Monday.
In the bid she challenges her arrest and deportation from Tanzania.
Magudumana claims she was blindfolded and abducted by law enforcement agencies in Arusha.
During arguments last week she claimed her extradition was disguised as a deportation.
However, the State says it was Tanzanian authorities who decided how Magudumana and Thabo Bester would leave.
