Maimane to open culpable homicide case against govt after toddler's death
JOHANNESBURG - One SA Leader Mmusi Maimane plans to open a case of culpable homicide against the government
This follows the tragic death of a three-year-old from Bromhof whose oxygen machine ran out of battery life due to a blackout.
The toddler died on her way to the hospital on Thursday.
"We want those responsible for failure to provide energy in this country to be held accountable," said Maimane
